Summary of Research Interests |

|
I manage the marine fieldwork for Biology, Chemistry and the Graduate School of Management. Much of my work also involves time in the marine environment collecting specimens for class and research. Some of the marine invertebrates include sea stars, urchins, molluscs, sponges, tunicates, algae and plankton. I also act as a diving officer, having an ADAS Commercial I SCUBA certification. I am also involved with several course fieldtrips such as the BIOL227 ecology fieldtrip to Smith Lake and the ELS201 marine science fieldtrip to Jervis Bay where I principally operate the boat for fish and plankton collection. I am also the course technician for Vertebrate Evolution (BIOL369) and Temperate Marine Biology (BIOL373). |
